Refund policy


At Curat House, we want you to love what arrives at your door. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Returns and refunds

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@curathouse.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Photographic evidence of the damage
  • Photographs of the outer packaging (this helps us with insurance claims)

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. In these cases, you do not need to return the original item unless we specifically request it.

 

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Prints: All our prints are made on-demand, and therefore made to order. Returns and refunds are exclusive for damaged or incorrect items. 
  • Custom or personalised orders: including bespoke sizes, custom framing, or any item produced to specifications 
  • Digital Downloads: once accessed and downloaded.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@curathouse.com.
